Refunds/Returns

You can choose to receive a refund on all products except those marked "store credit only" or "sale".

Please Note: You must request a return authorization number from us within 7 days after receiving your order.

Once we receive your package, it can take 5-10 business days to process your refund/store credit.

If you need an exchange that is time sensitive due to an upcoming event, please let us know ASAP and we can offer you alternate options.

All items must be returned in the original condition as received. With original tags.

If you decide to return your dress a restocking fee of 10% will deducted from your refund amount.

If you want us to send a return label - $25 will be deducted from your refund as well.

Shipping

Free shipping is for within U.S customers only.

Return shipping labels are issued to U.S. customers only.

All international customers are responsible to pay any and all fess when shipping an item back. (Duties, taxes, brokerage fees etc).

Corporate Return Philosophy:

We as a business have no interest in collecting freight cost for returns, or adding stocking fees to process products which come back to our warehouse as returns. We truly want our customers to be happy with their purchases.  Not all products fit properly, and thus product returns are a natural element of online retailing.  With that said, special occasion branded dresses and mostly hand made and special ordered and limited in quantity.  They are also more expensive to process and ship to your home.  Our return policy is in place as the best possible means to fairly reflect the economics of buying, making, and distributing these special products.  We hope you enjoy shopping with Kurves by Kimi and thank you for your business.
